About Me
I’m a qualified and accredited therapist with over 15 years of experience working in both the NHS and in private practice in the UK. My training is in Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT) and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) — two evidence-based approaches proven to help people manage a wide range of emotional difficulties.
Over the years, I’ve supported individuals struggling with depression, stress, anxiety, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Post-traumatic Stress Disorder, low self-esteem, grief, relationship difficulties and loss. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in respect. I believe therapy works best as a partnership — I bring clinical expertise, and you bring your unique experiences and values.
Having grown up in a multicultural background and lived in different countries, I understand first-hand some of the challenges — and strengths — that come with navigating different cultures and identities. This personal experience complements my professional expertise in supporting people from all walks of life.
